Ann Zemo – House Manager
Ann has a passion and a profound level of experience in helping those who are less fortunate.
Ann has worked in the health and support fields since the early 2000’s in both Australia and the USA.
Prior to joining Clayfield House, Ann ran an optometrist business with 15 staff (including 7 doctors) across two sites. In this role she was responsible for the day-to-day running and administration of the clinics.
Ann has also worked as a counsellor and health educator for Respect Inc. (formerly known as Self-Health for Queensland Workers in the Sex Industry – SQWISI). In this role Ann was responsible for advocating with the many facets of QLD Health for her clients to ensure they were receiving the best possible care.
Additionally, Ann has experience working as a counsellor and educator for the Victims of Crime Association Queensland (VOCA).
Justin McNellie – House Support Manager
As our Support Manager, Justin brings a passion and a strong desire to improve the quality of life for our residents.
Justin has worked within the mental health and disability sectors in Brisbane and Melbourne since 2007. In this time Justin has gained a great deal of experience working with people presenting with a varying range of issues.
Prior to joining Clayfield House, Justin was a team leader at Bayley House, Melbourne.
Justin has also worked within Respite Services, Hydrotherapy Services and Recreation Services.
Our staff are trained in emergency first aid, medication management and food safety handling.
