Level III supported accommodation:
We are accredited and regulated as a Level III facility by the Department of Communities under The Residential Services (Accreditation) Act 2002
The purpose is to:
• Protect the health, safety and basic freedoms of residents
• Encourage providers to continually improve their services
• Support fair trading in the industry
Level III is the highest possible accreditation available in the industry, enabling Clayfield House to provide additional support services to our residents including:
• Medication management
• Financial and clerical support
• Access to health care services
• Access to external support services

Active member of the provider’s association:
We constantly strive to improve standards, procedures and processes to ensure that Clayfield House offers the very best in assistance to our residents by working alongside operators of other Supported Accommodation facilities.
The Supported Accommodation Provider’s Association (SAPA) has extensive experience in the sector accounting for the needs, aspirations and rights of the residents its serves, in addition to how government policy, legislation and programs impact on the sector, its residents and their families.
